Schedule a Meeting
This next example begins in Microsoft Outlook, on the desktop, not Microsoft Lync.

Before You Begin: Open the Calendar
Start Microsoft Outlook 2010.
Go to the Calendar.
Select a date: Mon 1/21/2013.

1. Try It: Schedule an Online Meeting
Go to Home->Online Meeting.
Select: New Online Meeting.

A new meeting will open...
